What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a first commercial order?
For standard Red Yeast Rice Extract grades, MOQ is 25 kg packaged in 5 kg foil bags. Custom Monacolin K concentrations or citrinin-free grades start at 100 kg. Sample orders have no MOQ.
How quickly can a sample be shipped after I request it?
Standard sample orders (50 g and 500 g) are dispatched within 3 business days from our Taiwan facility. International delivery adds 5 to 10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Express courier (DHL/FedEx) is available for urgent requests at cost.
